"the stay was good, room was clean, staff was friendly, but the bed mattress was hard as a brick!!! lol, other than that, the stay was very good, opposed to the candlewood suits we stayed at in new iberia louisiana back in october 2024 was horrible, the room was dirty, the fridge had leftover food still inside, the bathroom was horrible, i complained to the manager and you would think that we would get some kid of accomidation for the horrible room, we got nothing"

"The room was spacious, clean & comfortable, with a micro & full sized fridge. The area was quiet. The hotel staff were friendly & professional. If I had to pick a con, it would be that there was no coffee maker, and no readily available plugs. But, I had a long charger cord, & that worked fine. I would definitely stay again. Also, the room was large enough to accomodate someone with ADA requirements, and had easy off, on Interstate access. "

"The elevators were broken, you could only enter in through the front entrance, it was pouring down rain, it was only my daughter and I with a room on the second floor. The day we left it was around 7 AM the front desk was closed with a shade down and nowhere to checkout or leave the key. The building smelled of weed. I guess you get what you pay for. Thankfully we just needed it to spend the night."

"The hotel looked new to me, don't know if it was. Everything was clean and in good operating order. The breakfast food was fine with some hot entrees. The only quirky thing was how high the beds were. My 5' tall wife had definite problems climbing into bed. Oddly enough, the hotel had footstools they offered for those vertically challenged. Other than that, we stayed at the hotel twice on our way to Florida and back because it was such a nice hotel. Apr 2025"
