"We were unfortunate enough to have our flight cancelled so we arrived 2 days into our initial booking and our stay was non-refundable BUT we were told to book the basic room for the additional nights and we were upgraded to a suite at no charge. We really appreciated it! Staff kept communicating via texts about our ETA to make sure our room was ready upon arrival. Parking comes at a whopping 25$ per night (after taxes) but the price of the hotel is very affordable so it makes up for it. Thanks...

"This hotel is right across the street from the Fallsview Casino, which is very convenient. When you walk to the front of the property and look down the street you see the American Falls. It’s within walking distance to everything. The hotel is old but clean and the staff members are pleasant. One thing to note is if they don’t rent enough rooms they do not serve eggs and meat with breakfast. There is still toast, muffins, waffles and cereal, so no one will go hungry. We would stay there again."
