"I stayed at this hotel twice. This review is referencing the second stay. Upon arrival I was asked if I wanted to stay on the 2nd or 3rd floor. I had booked a regular room, but was given a suite. It was a large, lovely room with a nice view of a small wooded area behind the hotel. They also gave me my drink chips that come with booking through Expedia. You can use them at the bar, or if you don't drink you can use them on their pantry drinks. The pool area here is amazing. It's an indoor/outdoor...

"Overall our stay was good. When we got to the front desk to check in for 2 out of our 4 rooms we were met with an eyeroll, which we later found out was because she had to use the bathroom and then got a second eyeroll when she realized that we had 2 rooms to check into (IMO go ahead and ask if you can quick run to the restroom ... we would have 100% been ok with it ...
