"We stayed here for the Tyler Childers concert/our honeymoon and everything was amazing. Nathaniel was a great help, he answered all our questions and made our check in personal yet professional. The room was amazing, shower was huge, and the complimentary water was a plus. Being in the middle of downtown was so convenient, it was a short walk to Smoothie King arena/superdome. "

"Overall they were wonderful!! Helpful, informative to finding places, transportation, etc. Our Biggest complaint was the concierge, recommended a Swamp tour that was by far the worst I've ever been on!!! It seems that it was thought that if a Midwesterner saw 1/2 doz. small gators we should be WOWED but it was a LONG boat ride for almost nothing of interest & you could barely hear the driver. It was quite expensive for VERY little of interest! Take a cruise w/Cajun in the name...

"Hotel was good. Some derelict properties boarded up with plywood right beside the hotel but clearly being used by squatters. Never felt unsafe but it’s definitely unsightly and could be unnerving. Amenities were what to be expected with a hotel in the French Quarter. Location is great access by foot to Marigny, French Quarter and Canal Street. Staff was good. "

"The hotel is located in the center of everything. The walk to Bourbon Street was very short. The hotel could have been cleaner, especially the elevator, which had a bad odor. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner as well. "

"was very clean had stayed in other hotels in new orleans not clean bed was great to sleep in was a little high to get in and out of staff was great got me in my room before check in helled my bags after check out will go back to hyatt when i come back to new orleans was close to everything didnt need a car"

"A couple things I did not like No front desk help after 10 p My bathroom door would not close The bed would wobble and was loose and kept hitting wall every little movement Excellent location And Safe location "
