"A unique historic building. The rooms and furnishings were clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, he was polite, friendly and very helpful giving recommendations and suggestions for dining. The location is great for walking to wharf, french market and bourbon street. Felt safe inthe area."

"The location is amazing. Only a 15 min walk to Cafe du Monde. Bed was fairly comfortable, room was clean. Very limited hot water in shower, maybe 10 mins. We requested an extra set of towels (3 people in room) they gave us hand towels, even when we requested shower towels (twice). That wasn’t a huge deal, just inconvenient when after a cold shower that’s all we had. Lastly, they offer coffee and pastries from 7:30-10:30am. "We decided to stay here during the week of the Super Bowl. Location was not ideal honestly but that has nothing to do with the staff or property owners. The staff was excellent and the location was clean. No complaints"

"The Olivier house was all you can ask for when looking for old school NOLA charm. Each room was beautifully decorated in a vintage fashion. There were even 3 resident cats that roam around and are the cutest. There is a fridge full of waters along with a coffee station in the lobby. It can be a bit loud on weekend nights with bourbon being 2 blocks away, but that comes with the territory. The hotel was also very accommodating and provided us with a late checkout. "

"My stay was good. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. My first time staying on this side of town but it was and easy drive to where I needed to go. Plenty of food spots around and also Walmart. I wasn’t prepared for the deposit but I assume it was because of Mardi Gras. I also had a small leak in my window when it was raining. I just put a extra blanket in the window."
