"Property was dated and old but clean enough. Staff was friendly but took forever to set up the extra bed and get the feathers out of the room. We honestly just stay here because it’s attached to the mall and is fun to walk over and see a late night movie in the winter months. We stay elsewhere in warm weather. "

"We enjoyed our stay and were quite happy with the location of the hotel. Our two main negatives were: 1) No hot water in sink or shower 2) common areas like stairs and halls were a bit dirty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of easy and safe parking. It was a very reasonable distance to get to Newport. I would consider staying here again. "
