"Great place, convenient for skiing at Frost and Boulder. There are a few gas stations and fast food places around. Nice hotel breakfast. The staff was very accommodating when I found out I had mistakenly reserved the wrong room size. They accommodated my new request quickly and without fuss. WIll stop here again."

The place needs some updates and fixes (e.g., pool area) and the breakfast was not as much as expected (a bag with yogurt, a fruit, granola bar, pound cake, water bottle or juice) but it did the trick. There was also a coffee and tea station open 24/7 and the staff was very helpful and hospitable. "

"im in Scranton area alot for business......ive stayed at most hotels.....some cheaper, some more expensive....i ve been coming back here and pretty much have made this hotel my "go-to" when up on business. The staff is professional and accommodating..the rooms are clean and updated...ive seen no bugs..and no drug addicts taking residence destroying the rooms and creating drama that ive seen in many hotels . its a clean, safe and comfortable stay for families or business. . "

"I have to say that this was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. We were welcomed by very friendly staff who went out of their way to compliment us and enthusiastically helped us. The decor at the hotel was beautiful. Beds comfortable and rooms very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Best hotel breakfast we've ever had! Will be back for sure!"
