Wish the description told us there was no direct access to the hot tub, you had to walk around the house or down icy deck steps (from dripping gutter and freezing weather conditions). He proactively reached out and offered to help. He brought my kids scooters from his house during the weekend. It was lovely. The house is beautiful. With capacity to host like 30 people. We had lots of room and our kids were able to run and enjoy themselves. "

"The refrigerator was really shabby. We were disappointed that the refrigerator icemaker and the water dispenser were not hooked up/working. Also, there were only 2 small cheap ice cube trays to make up for no icemaker. To add to that, the bins on the refrigerator doors were missing, so the storage space was cut by about 30%.
