"My visit was for a new year's event. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign on the counter that read, "be back momentarily". It was about a twenty minute wait with a line forming. Cleanliness and the room was ok. The bathroom was ok but the tub needs to be replaced. It had been covered and was peeling. The toilet seat is too low. I'm 70 years old and haven't ever seen one that low."

Only complaint was that the vending machine by the lobby was not working-staff refilled our water bottles as needed throughout stay through so it was a better/preferred option.
