"Still an amazing price for what you get!! I just recommend bringing some extra blankets or hyper warm pj's as the basement rooms are very cold. Also some repairs are needed in the shared shower room, as the showerhead sprayed water up on the ceiling, causing a hole and potential water damage to the ceiling"

"The room was easy to book and check in, also easy to extend stay. The room was very clean and calm and quiet upon arrival and conveniently included a microwave and small refrigerator. Pricing was decent for the convenience and downtown (centralised) location. Staff are helpful and accommodating. After new years it was a bit louder on the first floor.
