"We had a great stay! Our room was a little tight with 5 people, but we made it work. Staff was super friendly especially Gannett! Loved the view and the pool area. Our room had a little funky smell to it, but overall a great experience. "

"I had an amazing stay at The Royal Sonesta Downtown Chicago! The location was perfect, with stunning city views and easy access to everything downtown. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!"

"It has one of the most beautiful view of the city. The coffee shop and the restaurant are right by the lobby which was very convenient for me. Prices were reasonable as well. "

"Hotel was a good value for the location we were looking for. The room we intially booked which was the most inexpensive was not very spacious. The staff was very friendly, and I'd like to give a special thanks to Jason at the front desk. He was able to quickly and courteously move us to another room after we complained about a guest who was smoking some "greenery" and caused the entire floor as well as our room to smell. "
