"This place is really nice. The staff are very accommodating, friendly but maintain professionalism in their dealing with the customers. Big shoutout to Christina in the front desk by making our stay there really memorable! Ann in the front desk was really nice as well. I’ll definitely come back and also recommend this hotel to friends and family. We missed the free ice creams but enjoyed the free chocolates they leave in the room everyday. 😀"

"I was there for six nights. It was very enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. I was upgraded to king city view. That was nice. I was where I wanted and where I needed to be. Everything was within walking distance. I liked staying there. It was clean. I will stay again just not on a high floor. Kinda scared of heights."
