"Over all, the stay was pleasant. There had been some staff members who just seemed "over it", but the younger staff had the welcoming attitude. The room over all was decent, the shower I had was not as up to date and couldve done with some maintenance. There was a young girl who serviced our room who was absolutely sweet and easy to converse with, in regards to needs ie. Towels. The only real complaint had was the loung downstairs, the extremely powerful fragrance was overwhelming and lingered...

"Our stay at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani began on a rocky note due to the initial room we were given, which was supposed to have an ocean view but did not meet our expectations. However, after bringing this to the attention of the front desk, they promptly relocated us to a better room on the second day. "The Aston Waikiki Circle was exactly what I was looking for…an affordable hotel on the beach with a great view. (I got an oceanfront room!) This place does not have the amenities or updates of many of the more expensive hotels, but the price and resort fee accounts for that. The rooms are small and bathroom is compact, but I didn’t spend much time in the room. When I was in the room, I was enjoying the view, whether day or night. "This was a great choice to stay in. Beautiful entrance, beautiful garden, beautiful ocean view, large ground floor patio and huge inviting lobby with plenty of plugs for electronics. Just watch out for those timeshare pushers like noa excursions, transportions and such."

"Stayed at Park Shore Waikiki for 6 nights during my first trip to Hawai’i and it was a great place to stay. Clean, great location and food options and literal steps to the beach. The only thing they could improve is placing a sign where you’re supposed to pull in for valet since it doesn’t look like you should pull in there. Otherwise everything was amazing. "

"The location is great but NOISY - near the beach, moped rentals, stores, and restaurants but the street near by is extremely loudy with cars and yelling all night long. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The place is okay overall, but it is definitely older and more on the very “basic” side of a hotel. I do not recommend the “laundry facilities” as they are old, run down, basically in an open air closet, and left my clothes stinkier than before. "

"i wanted to recognize the front staff for being kind & helpful. they asked me a reason for my stay & i mentioned i was celebrating for my birthday. the sweet lady checking me in gave me chocolates. i will always remember the generosity. & house keeping does light cleaning like changing towels & cleaning the bed! helped a lot when most of towels are being used for the pool. "
