We have stayed in this hotel at least twice. During our last visit of 7 nights, our room was not cleaned at least half the time. When we spoke to the housekeeper she shrugged it off. When we spoke with the front desk staff, they said they would put a note in their computer system. It was disappointing. There was nothing offered to us to make up for this lack of service.
