"This is an excellent rental. The facility is a studio apartment fully equipped for any length of stay. We were there for two weeks. The host is an awesome guy who bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is silent and peaceful. There is a hiking trail right out from the door. All good!"

"My family and I spent a great weekend at this cozy cabin on Davos, and it was perfect. The host was super communicative with clear instructions. As our stay came on the heels of a blizzard, I was impressed with how quickly they could shovel out the entrance and all. The place was warm and welcoming, and as we had our dog, he loved the basket of toys to paw through. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Great stay with a family of 4 and 3. Very comfortable beds and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Lots of room for kids to play. Host was very responsive. Loved the views of the river in the snow. Was a pleasure staying here and would love to come back next year."

"This is the rare VRBO that is way better than the pictures. Beautiful, comfortable home with tons of space and giant picture windows. It has everything you need and is in a very accessible location. Thank you for the great stay in Truckee! We had a blast. Love that it is dog friendly and lots of slow play area in front and back."

"We had a really nice stay at this cabin. The location is great — right in Tahoe Donner. The neighborhood is quiet and we had nice walks in the area. We came for spring skiing and had both snow and a few days of warm temps — glorious. We’ve stayed at a bunch of places in this area and this one was well-sized for our family of 4. "The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. Spacious living area ideal for our family and our pup. Everything was perfect and clean upon our arrival. There was a power outage in the area our first night but we called our host who let us know they were aware and would give us updates if requested. The power came back a little over an hour later. I would recommend bringing flashlights as we were not prepared for it."

"Really nice rooms at an affordable price. Breakfast was free and had a lot of options. My main problem was that there was no way of turning the fan in the bathroom off and it was on 24/7 and loud. I also didn't realize there would be a $10/day parking fee. No Hulu on the TV as an fyi if that's a subscription you use. "

"The property by itself is 20min far from the lake. The picture of the lake in hotel booking pictures will confuse you, well just letting you know there is no lake or river around the hotel. It’s a totally different Ritz property that you can book separately from the hotel and stay there. They charge $800 per person and it’s only for 24hours or less to spend there. Yes I checked the map as well before I was booking and was wondering how come in the pictures I see lake in front of the hotel but on the map not. "
