"The property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The house had plenty of space for the two of us and would be equally comfortable for four. Convenient to downtown, about 5 minutes by car. The street is residential but a main route through the neighborhood. The neighborhood is nice, dating to mid-century. Safe to walk through. It is a healthy walk to downtown. Most homes appear to be well kept. Some of the neighboring properties are being rehabbed, and some are in need of rehab....

"We had a wonderful week at A Pearl of a Beach Home. The house was perfect for our family of 5. More than enough room, the pool and hot tub was where we spent most of the time. The beach was an easy walk right up the street. The most beautiful sunsets, and some of the best beaches we have ever seen.
