"This is an amazing hotel and one we highly recommend. The lobby, reception areas, pool and rooms are top quality and very updated. The only complaint this visit, and it's a small one, is that the downstairs bar was not open at all during our stay. The only bar was the pool bar. As it was quite hot during our visit, it would have been nice to have an indoor bar option. "

"We enjoyed the hotel and it was clean, our room had a rooftop patio with view and many amenities. The location was good for our conference but we had to Uber or walk quite a bit to see things. The food in the area was so-so and we experienced several instances of unfriendly service in Sevilla itself. We recognize this is a mostly Spanish speaking city, however, the attitude towards the effort to speak Spanish was not recognized and shop keepers and restaurants not in the immediate tourist area...
