"Frankly, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed with family and found the location very convenient, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The outside patio of the 3rd Floor Restaurant was great, and the food was really tasty. Kudos to Nihad at reception, who was very helpful."
"Beautiful lobby and nice rooms with a good central location. Staff were very friendly and the free bike rental with their partner and free drink at the hotel bar were very welcome additions!"
"This was an excellent hotel. Bar was great, staff were very friendly, and the views were spectacular. Or is also quite convenient for touring the city. "
"I enjoyed my stay here a lot. Very comfortable and had everything I needed. Safe and convenient location which was great as I travelled solo. Would recommend!"

"The hotel was great and super close to the BART if you are traveling from the airport. The staff at the Marker are fabulous and so very friendly. The neighbourhood is a bit scary but I didn't feel unsafe."

"Great location, friendly staff, and very comfy beds. The California St trolley is right around the corner, and Fisherman's Wharf only a 10 minute drive away. Parking is expensive at $40 per night, and the $30 breakfast buffet is overpriced and really underwhelming. The pancakes were hard as a rock, and there are no soft drinks available. We felt ripped off after eating there. Go around the corner to Grubstake Diner for a real breakfast at a fraction of the cost. Other than the (very) overpriced restaurant, this is a great hotel. We would definitely stay again."
