The property itself is nice with great rooms and nice pools. However, servers can be nicer. Front desk lady was so eager to sell us an upgrade but did not want to accommodate us with connecting rooms. (We did get 2 rooms with our original reservation) The beach is a joke. Very small and it is not connected to other beaches. They added sand sacks in the ocean to prevent some of the waves, therefore the water is still water, dirty and smelly. The food was bad. Nothing tasted like food. Even the ice cream was bad. We will not return!

I loved my stay at ventus ha, the food was good the staff was wonderful, my only complaint is the beach not so nice, we took a day trip to cancun and the water and the beach is beautiful, so if you are looking for a place where you spend all your time on the beach this place is not for you

Staff were very nice. Pools and property well maintained. Ventus and Ventus Ha side were pretty boring. Would benefit from activities and/or music very far walking and carts were often a pain to locate or staff would be irritated to give you a ride because they were short staffed to provide transport around the hotel. Butlers went out of their way to help you and provide a positive experience. Thanks to David, Enrique and Gonzalo. The food was mediocre. Aakat and the Mexican restaurant were by far the worst. Just go to the buffet then go to these restaurants. Entertainment did a great job overall with shows and entertainment at the main pool. Probably wouldn’t come back due to the food quality and room service not being very good.

Like the dining options. Buffets are ok. Ventus Ha is definitely the most quiet out of the 3 resorts. We enjoyed our stay
