I really like the vibe of the room and the staff was super. The hallways smelled musty. Also, I wrestled both nights unsuccessfully with Wi-Fi, World of Hyatt app and instructions for connecting to Netflix. Maybe it was my iPhone from AT&T… IDK.

There obviously weren’t enough housekeeping personnel. On the weekend we did not receive housekeeping at all. The woman knocked at 4:30 but by then we already needed the room. Only a towel swap was done. They did do the right thing when we complained but this was very disappointing to say the least. Breakfast included amounted to $50/day and we were still charged for tax and tip. The location is very convenient and the pool area is very nice. Ryan, the pool bartender was the best.

Very dissatisfied. Room was clean but not very functional. No place to put clothes other than very awkward closet no chest of drawers No storage for towels in bathroom. One chair to sit on in the room. No cleaning service for 2 days. Showing up at 4:30 when we are getting ready to shower to go out for the evening. For the price we paid I expected a much better experience
