The Club Hotel staff were friendly but disinterested. The room was a “deluxe king suite” with an excellent bed, but the general condition of the hotel and room was dated with signs of age. A breakfast provided was ok but on the lower quality side. We could park near our room which was a bonus. We stayed one night out of five but were charged for two because we waited for them to address our complaints we left a few hours into the “next day.” 😡Now other issues. There was no sink in the kitchenette, just in the bathroom/ cloakroom basin corridor. When we arrived we saw the carpet was not clean. We also saw a red splash stain up the wall to the ceiling next to the hand basin. I cleaned some of it off but could not reach it all.(shaving mishap?) I told the front desk who promised to deal with it. They didn’t. This was a big part of our decision to leave. The others were the general noise of the freeway close by, with insuffficient noise prevention, if any :2 ac units that ran constantly outside our bed room window keeping us awake all night. They said we would not be charged for unused days(just apparently for small parts of them while we wait to see if they will clean our room). When I handed our key in around 3:30 pm they said they would check us out later. 😳No receipt or confirmation given. No refund either until Expedia intervened. $350 for one night plus hours is not good. Be aware.
