"We loved this apartment.
It is located in a perfect part of the city with alot of natural activity and restaurants.
The attractions were a perfect walk for me and my wife.
It was well equipped and had a market just up the street for shopping.
Check in was very easy.
The courtyard was very secure.
The only note is that at night the gates are replaced by a wooden door which confused us coming back in the dark, but we had a good laugh about it."
"We had a wonderful welcome from the reception and concierge team. We had urgent documents to print and sign and the team were very efficient and helpful, thank you Vanessa! Our room was beautiful, and we had a lovely welcoming bottle of wine on arrival. The restaurant didn’t cater particularly well for Coeliacs but we had a celebration dinner with friends and they were made to feel very welcome. The concierge gave us great gluten free eating recommendations We will definitely visit again,...
"Very nice in a good location. Friendly staff. To be honest was no better than 4 star hotels I have stayed in. The price of 28pp for breakfast was excessive. "
"LOVED the studio room we had that had a double bed, sofa, desk, and kitchenette! A great space for a 3 day visit. Also greatly appreciated the laundry room with free self service laundry. I had a question at one point and got a response within 10 minutes on WhatsApp from Numa, answering and resolving our question. We had a great stay!"
"Beautiful little hotel in walking distance to Duomo. Our only issue was air is centrally controlled and it may have been communication errors but the room was too warm at night. Staff was amazing overall. "
