"My husband, son and daughter-in-law stayed in this delightful apartment in mid-May. We loved Varenna and the location of the apartment, so close to shops/cafes and sights. The Apartment was HUGE in every respect. Beds/bedding great. Very clean. The host was very generous to provide coffee, bottled waters, juice, a few groceries and snacks. Liz was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had and gave us great restaurant recommendations. I would not hesitate to stay here again when...

The villa itself was cool and spacious during a hot week and the air conditioning in each bedroom was fantastic and at no extra cost. "Overall this is a fabulous property with an idilic location and plenty of space for a large group of people. The garden/ pool space is lovely directly overlooking the lake. Parts of the house could do with some tlc particularly the kitchen. Keeping the house secure was quite difficult with so many external doors and locking mechanisms. Keeping up with the different rubbish collections was hard and could really do with some proper big bins to store various types of rubbish till bin day. We used...

"This is a great location in the central lake area. Close enough to to more touristy areas, but more like a local neighborhood. Near to the Lenno boat which has regular service in central lake area. "Beautiful property, magnificent lake views from all bedrooms. Excellent location, easy walking distance to restaurants, a main attraction historic Villa, and the ferry. Owner took her time explaining how to get to each attraction, best bakery, recommended restaurants which lived up to the hype, happily arranged water taxi, and was responsive when we had additional questions throughout our stay. Loved it all!"

"We have just had the most amazing 4 days at this beautiful villa. It was absolutely spotless, the facilities were first class and the views from the garden were stunning! Lake Garda is just beautiful and this property is perfectly located to access all towns around the lake. We drove 30 minutes to limone sul Garda which is stunning and from there took a boat across the lake to Malcesine which was just 9 euros! We will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to book villa Belvedere again."

"Beautiful property, comes as advertised. Stunning views of the lake with central Menaggio only 7 minute drive away. There is also a walking path down to town center. Amazing communication by management - always prompt and responsive. We needed a new set of knives and pasta fork and management brought it the next day. The pool got dirty after two days of heavy rains and they cleaned it the next day. Would definitely book another property with them! This place is a great value and located in a...
