"Priano is a lovely quiet town away from the maddening crowds in Positano, Amalfi etc, but those places are easy to get to from Villa Antica. Sitting on the wonderful patio, you hear nothing but local boys playing futbol after school on the courts below and church bells. Some great restaurants. Especially loved Il Pino and Kasai. Pirate bar was great for cocktails during the day. Lots of stairs but your heart and legs will thank you later! The apartment was nicely laid out and we were so grateful...

"The grounds are beautiful, pool is very nice. The place needed maintenance and cleaning. There was so many “things” (knick-knacks, old furniture,useless kitchen items)making it look quite messy. The driveway was very steep and extremely bumpy."

"Patio is perfect for all day sun with a big table in the shade. Easy walk down hill to restaurants etc. Local bus will take you up the hill for your return with a stop near the apartment. Residence is spacious, very clean and kitchen well equipped. Annamaria was very helpful with how to navigate for excursions. One thing to prepare for, it's 65 stair steps to the apartment but well worth it. I would definitely stay again!"

"We stayed here in early April - 6 adults, the Villa is amazing as are the views and Michelle the owner cannot do enough for you, he even has some home made wine in the cellar for 5 euros which would give most £30 bottles a run for its money. The location is slightly rural, and you will require a car to explore, however most major places around the lake are no more than 1 hours drive, with most being much closer, great for scenic walks. I cannot recommend this place enough, we will return some...

Das ruhig gelegene Haus entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Die Eigentümerin hat sehr schnell auf Nachfragen geantwortet. "Les points très positifs sont les services proposés (produits de toilettes, linge, ménage et disponibilité pour répondre aux questions, … ainsi que le vin à l’arrivée), l’emplacement de l’appartement, la climatisation, la possibilité de stationner à l’intérieur et son jardin avec terrasse. "We stayed at the villa for three nights. The property is as advertised. We had beautiful weather and incredible views of the Almafi coast. The home was very clean and comfortable. I saw an older review about there being no towels, toilet paper and uncomfortable beds. That was not the case. The home had all this and more. I would advise for anyone staying here to have a car. "The house is really unique, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen area and garden have a rustic charm while the other levels reflect the local roman heritage with marble and frescoes galore. The house is very large and in a quiet neighbourhood with spectacular views over the surrounding hills. En suites are small but practical. On road parking is plentiful. Kitchen equipment is generous if a bit mix and match. TV and white goods all work well though wifi is a bit slow. Had a wonderful few days...

The warmth and hospitality of the hosts as well as the comfort of the property allowed us to enjoy Italy in a way that would have been impossible without staying there. "The property was beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed walking just up the street to have breakfast at the local cafe or dinner at the local restaurant, just as much as sitting on the patio enjoying a glass of wine and local meat we bought at the butcher who is across the street. We loved the area, as it sits in between Positano and Amalfi, so we were able to visit both easily. There is also a scooter rental just in front of the property. "We really enjoyed our stay in the Rome apartment! It was a great place to recover from long days of sightseeing, a spacious and comfortable home to return to. Lots of room for our family of five plus a baby. Our bed was super comfortable, and Maria was kind enough to find us a baby cot for our little grandson to sleep in. "The pool and views from this property were stunning, the pictures do not do it justice, you have to experience it. The inside of the property was clean and well equipped and the outside was really luxurious, especially the lovely natural shaped pool which was a pleasure to swim and relax in. It also formed a great base to explore the area from. Communication was good prior to and during our visit and Loredana was a great host."
