"The owner was very responsive when we asked questions before, during, and after the stay. The property was clean and had many of the little extras that made the stay comfortable. Things like dishwashing liquid and trash bags that other places I've stayed didnt have. I also appreciated that the owner had netflix amd wifi that we could use. The place is so well organized and operated, even down to the little booklet to explain the features of the rental and what to do in the neighborhood. Room is very clean, has everything you need if you feel like cooking a simple meal, and the host is very responsive to IMs if you have questions. The best short term rental I have ever been to. "This is a scam company. They don’t have any customer care. They just want to steal your money. It’s easy to find out that someone has already moved into the house you booked. They will find a reason to throw you far away. However, After you go there, you find that there are still people living in that house. They won't refund you yet, they are a scam company!"
