The location is great located a block off Young St. And two blocks off Bay St. It is in the "Village" so everyone is welcome. Safe to walk at night! The hotel is renovated but in some cases just covering things up. We needed two rooms and this was a great option.

When we arrived at 4pm the room wasn't ready, then when we entered our room it smelt bad of bleach and we had our 9 month old daughter with us. The free breakfast was a joke. And they charged us 40 dollars to parked. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was really good and it worked very well for us but the room to get breakfast was very small and it was difficult to get food and and to get a seat. Also I do not remember any where on your website that stated $40 a day for parking. Maybe I missed it but it would have been good information. Overall it was a good place to stay.
