"Very nice design-forward hotel with a very friendly staff. Housekeeping was great. Location was convenient. Not offering coffee in the room is the sort of "we know what's best for you - drink tea" touch that would make me pause before staying at an Ace Hotel again. The coffee that I had to buy in the lobby was bad to add insult to injury. Sign me, Sleepy From Seattle"

"The staff was extremely friendly during my stay. They recommended me some vegan options nearby, and also pointed me towards a corner store where I could get a new phone charger. The downstairs area was quite busy, but I could see why. The cafe/bar was a great hangout. The room was rather small with the large bed taking up most of the space, and my shower was very leaky on the floor, but otherwise a very pleasant stay. There was also a Memorial Day block party going on outside all day until 9pm,...
