clean and professional with all amenities one could ask for. this hotel is perfect for those requiring a nice and functional space to rest either before or after a heathrow flight. the area surrounding is nothing special but as an airport hopper, it was ideal. i also found the breakfast buffet above average thank you for a lovely stay!
