"This is a very nice hotel. Our only issue was the room size. The "Standard" room does not have space to walk around the bed, There is only 1 drawer of storage, and the rod for hanging clothes is only about 8-10 inches long. For a 3 day stay we had to live out of our suitcases. That being said, everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was good."

Upgraded to 35th floor and had a good view of Times Square right below. Carpets look to be showing their age with stains, wear and tear. "The hotel was amazing I was so n the 42nd floor and the elevator was super fast which was nice because those buildings in new your are really tall, maid service was really nice . One problem though , there was only one person checking people in you’d think they would have been at least two being busy but it was probably just scheduling anyways checking out was a breeze "
