"Amazing location, clean and the staff are amazingly helpful and try to make your stay special.
Everything was amazing but after we had checked out and one of us had forgotten our cell phone in the room, they did drive it over to the train station and that’s going above and beyond.
I highly recommend Thai hotel. "
"Third time visiting this hotel bang in the centre of Genoa, but the first time as a family. The family room was really large and very comfortable. Sergio is very friendly and helpful and the central location cannot be beat. Even the old lift to the fourth floor is a bit of an adventure. There are plenty of places for breakfast just a few metres away, so no problems there. Will definitely be back!"
"Great room size, plenty of space. Comfy bed and dark room. This room was above the Irish Pub so was definitely noisy but the windows did a good job of blocking most of the street noise. Staff were lovely and helpful, easy walk to the train station. "
