9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (37)
"Valentina was a Super host, very quick to respond…help us out from restaurant to taxi to laundry etc. the place is in the centre of the old town. It is very safe. The kitchen got all the utensils for cooking. It is very spacious. It is a bit noisy at night people walk around the alley ways during weekends. If you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plug. Wifi is very good…hot water recycle fast just pace yourself out in the group. This flat is located on the 1 level with elevator. The building...

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (198)
"Beautiful old building tastefully done up with a lot of flair. My bed was up some stairs from a lovely sitting area and all in a wonderful high ceilinged room with large window. Delicious breakfast across the way in sister hotel Palazzo Grillo. Staff went to huge trouble to make stay comfortable, booked a restaurant and then communicated with me via What's App. Overall excellent for both comfort and service. On a week's trip to Italy, this was by far the most comfortable bed."

"Talk about value for money! A very nice 3 bedroom B&B with a roof terrace in the Old Town of Genoa. Large, modern and clean rooms. Excellent service and a friendly and service minded owner. It is on the 4th floor without elevator, so you have to walk up the 105 steps! But it is worth it."

"Perfect location for food, shopping and the cruise port. Our room was nice and bathroom clean. There was some noise from the back of the hotel where our room was, but being in a metropolitan area, it could not be helped. Breakfast service was more than expected. Food and drink were very tasty and plentiful. And the cappuccino machine was a great surprise."
