"This was a quaint place to stay in the Byward Market area of Ottawa. Walking distance (10-15 min) from the Shaw Centre for our conference, and just a few blocks from the Champagne fitness center which has a full-length 25 yard pool. The room was well equipped with microwave, fridge, plates and utensils as well as table/desk, and had a private balcony as well. "The B&B had been recently renovated. The host was friendly and helpful. And the B&B is about a 15 minute walk from the Parliament buildings and other attractions. It was great."

"This hotel is so amazing! Everyone on staff is friendly, happy and such a pleasure to deal with. If we needed assistance they were genuinely happy to help. The Front Office Supervisor Ge, introduced himself to us early on in our stay and was always around to greet us, ask if we needed anything, etc. Clearly a positive influence on his staff! I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. "

"Its right across from the Rideau Center with Simons and H&M steps away. It is a busy downtown area so a lot of people struggle around the area. The parking was a nightmare and so stressful. The bed was very comfortable. I didnt like that they didn’t refill the coffee, no creamers in the fridge. "
