Beautiful hotel and area. Unfortunately our truck would not fit in the unground parking so we had to park on the road and pay extra for parking. Not a huge deal. Staff were very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend to friends and family :)

Ideal location to see highlights of Ottawa. Lovely hotel clean and modern . Great staff and wonderful restaurant with more great staff. Only reservation would be wouldn’t park in the underground lot adjoining.

The state of the mattresses is horrible. I am sure sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable. For Marriot downtown Ottawa thos is a shame.. Moght newd to add cost of chiropractor and a massage to your nightly stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the size of the room was great. I felt we had lots of space. The only downside is that the room offered double beds ( which we were fully informed about). It's just a bit small for 2 people, queens would make this a more desirable property.
