"Very difficult to find located in the middle of the woods even with sat nav have added coordinates if your able to use these they will take you right to the gate, N45.72081, E8.95292 buzzer on the left hand side. Other than that excellent friendly staff, good food, lovely quiet location, nice secluded pool area. Nice private golf course, small but adequate gym. overall would definitely stay again."

"The outside of the place is not very appealing really needs some work, the room wasn't too bad, decent size and decent bathroom but the carpet in the rooms and hallways was old, loose and dirty. It isn't very good when you don't want to touch the buttons in the elevator because you can see how grimy they are, it is the little things that often count. I don't see how or why a hotel doesn't see things that are run down or just plain dirty. But overall it is near the lake and at least in October...

"Our booking had not been received but the gentleman receiving us was happy to follow up and accommodate us. When the bellboy took us to our allocated room it had not been cleaned from previous occupation. He did not falter rang the front desk and we were upgraded to a massive suite with balcony overlooking the castle drawbridge and feature fountain. On returning downstairs later the receiving clerk apologised for the situation and stated that our booking had been stuck in the fax machine....
