"Perfect place for what we needed at a reasonable price! The AC is perfect for folks who forget their noise machine and the bed is great if you like a firmer mattress. Being across the street from the beach and having what looked to be an excellent pool, within walking distance to some great breakfast places and shops, we had no significant complaints and would definitely stay here again! "Room was very nice and clean. We could see and hear the ocean from our balcony and we enjoyed sitting in the rockers there. Hotel is across the street from the beach and the room included beach badges, beach towels and beach chairs. The food was delicious. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was nice to use for night swimming and when the ocean was too cold. "

"Our family of 3 had such a great time during our stay here. The location was perfect, everything was walkable. We also loved that we could use the pool at Congress Hall and all of its amenities. Beach passes were included and the beach was beautiful. I also appreciated all the little extras like water bottles, ear plugs, dish soap, kitchen sponge, toaster, keurig with plenty of creamers/sugar, silverware, dishes, and pots/pans. The place was so clean and housekeeping was in twice a day to empty trash, replace water bottles, and tidy up. Turn down service was such a nice touch. We will definitely be coming back here again!"

"Staff super helpful and welcoming. Place was clean and spacious. Close to the ocean: we opened our window at night and let the sound of the surf lull us to sleep. Good restaurants within walking distance (Lobster House, Quincy's Lobster Rolls, bakeries, hotel restaurant w/ live music). Would definitely go back there! "
