It would be good if the site mentioned on the listing that you access the apartment in the back staircase just in case renters would find it difficult to climb a set of stairs to get to the apartment. Dave was always available for help when needed. The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils and cooking needs. »

Rented a movie in owners account by accident, owner was very gracious, granted us permission, we did not have to pay. Side notes: caution, stairwell is narrow and tall, going up and down with large piece of luggage is somewhat a trick. If you are over 6ft tall, you may not fit comfortably in the nook where the toilet sits. »

Being equal distance from Cape May City and Wildwood gave us SO many options for eating and walking. « Very good location and competitive pricing. I liked that the owners were super responsive. I liked that there were 2 bikes offered on the property. The location really was amazing; 1 block from Boardwalk and beach. I would say a good choice for a couple or a family with no more than 2 kids. The property details did mention below grade and on lower floor, yet I did not quite grasp that we were actually staying in a renovated basement in a historic home! That was my fault for not paying more...
