« We just had the most amazing stay at Colleen and Nora's place in Puerto Morelos! The house had everything we needed for our family of five, including the best weather! How they arranged that, I'll never know. We were travelling with three children (12, 10, 8). We were delayed by two hours, but Nora graciously waited for us to arrive to give us an introductory house tour. The house slept us all comfortably, stayed cool when we needed it, and felt super safe. The house, pool, and yard lived up...

« Although the view and location are amazing, the condo needs to be updated. Electrical outlets in master needs attention, tinted film on sliding glass doors in living areas needs replaced, horrible to look through. No mirror in 3rd bedroom, and no bedside outlets. Consider providing toilet paper or at least informing clients, had I known I would have bought some on our first trip to the store, customer service would have gone a long way on this topic. Also, if you provide towels to start outline...

« The house is big and beautiful. Everything you want to have when you spend time in Puerto Morelos. It takes about 25 minutes to walk downtown by the Beach. Its calm and the pool is fantastic and the concierge Felix is the best kept secret in town!!! Just know that there is no air conditioning in the house. One of the room has it anytime, the other rooms have it from 8pm to 8am. No A/C anywhere else in the house but the breeze coming in is sooooo good! »

« One adult with mobility issues was not a problem. Main floor bathroom and bedroom with easy in/out access was great. This is a property that either requires a rental car, taxis, bicycle or a good deal of walking. We had 2 mobility scooters which easily provided transportation to shopping and local restaurants. However the beach requires either a taxi or Collectivo. The Collectivo's run frequently and will pick you up at the front gate. The draw back is they are fast and can be quite full which...

« We liked the ocean views! Beautiful views from most every room. Had lots of space for the 7 of us. Several places to sit and visit. It was nice to have a basket of beach towels to use while we were there. It could use a bit of updates in the unit. For the price I expected it to be a little nicer furnishings. »

« We stayed here for a relaxing bachelorette party on the beach. You can’t beat this location - plus a heated pool! The check in process was easy, communication was awesome and consistent, and the chef and his creative meals was a wonderful cherry on top. Highly recommend. »

« Casa Chloe was a great place to stay in Cancun. It was convenient for our large family. Issues with one A/C unit and the oven were resolved promptly. Proximity to the beach was great, taking the beach chairs and umbrella with us several times. Kitchen had all the tools necessary to cook, and we even cooked out on the patio grill once. Overall a great experience! »
