"The Staff, the Luau, the location, and view from our balcony were great. It was noisier than I would have liked with kids in the pool and adults late at night. Also the rules about the daily card/towels were unclear. We were never charged but it was inconvenient to not be able to get towels before 8am and not be able to keep them over night."

"It’s was a beautiful place all around we had a good time. A couple issues were the roaches we kept finding as well as the ants that got into our food. "This was our second time staying at the Kona Castle Reef . This oceanfront unit was comfortable, tidy and an excellent layout. Some of the lighting fixtures seemed dated and Could use replacement .
