On arrival into Barbados, you will be met in the Arrivals Hall by a Five Star Fast Track Airport Representative elegantly dressed in pink and black, holding a sign that displays your name. Please identify yourself to our representative, who will then escort you to Health, Immigration & Customs Checkpoint before exiting the Terminal.
The duration of your Five Star Fast Track Service will depend on the number of flights that are arriving at the same time and on the efficiency of the baggage handling. As per airport regulations, individuals will be responsible for identifying and collecting all checked bags from the luggage carousel. You can procure the services of an authorised airport porter known as “Red Caps” to assist you with your bags at a nominal fee. Once you have all your bags, our Five Star Fast Track Representative will escort you to Customs and then to your transport or representative after you have exited the Terminal

- Children 11 years and younger are complimentary, once travelling with an adult
- In order to redeem your voucher, you must present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID that matches the contact name you used when booking. If you do not present a valid form of identification, you will not receive admission, and you will not be issued a refund.
- Please provide Names of all guests, Date of birth of all guests, Contact telephone no.Contact email address, Hotel / Villa, Transport details and flight details
- You must complete the Online Immigration and Customs forms between 72 – 24 hours prior to arrival for each traveller. The QR Code provided is required for registration at the airport, please ensure have this readily available on arrival.
