Finished the route through the Enchanted City, we will continue the trip to the source of the Cuervo River, to appreciate nature in all its splendour. This natural monument contains one of the most famous waterfalls in Spain, located at 1,500 metres altitude. Later, back to Cuenca, we will make a stop in the town of Uña, to eat at the restaurant "Agua - Riscas", a magnificent place where you can enjoy the best Cuenca cuisine.
