The VIP spring/summer menu includes a choice of three starters:
Terrine of foie gras, butternut-kumquat chutney, and melba toast

Sea bream tian in thin lemon jam, vegetables « bonne bouille »

Ombrine and avocado “coconut milk & lime”
The starter is followed by your choice of main:
Cod fillet with basil, roasted tomato and sauce vierge

Monkfish medallions in herb breading, “saffron-pea” rice gratin

The Paradis Latin veal Wellington
A selection of desserts by French pastry chef and chocolatier Pierre Hermé completes the VIP dinner menu:

Your VIP menu also includes half a bottle of mineral water and half a bottle of Bollinger Champagne per person.
Then, after dinner, it's time for the L'Oiseau Paradis show. Directed and choreographed by Kamel Ouali, the show blends sensuality, poetry, emotion, and comedy. Watch dancers, singers, and acrobats take to the stage supported by modern technology for an unforgettable cabaret experience.
