It was a pleasant no frills cruise down the river to see the views. We had beautiful weather and our cruise ended at dusk, a perfect way to see the Eiffel Tower in a different light.

Boat left 30 min late. Boat tour was nice, staff did not seem very invested in giving the people the best experience (eg no explanation why we are so late), Music was not very noticeable.

It was a chilly night, so perhaps more to do with the temperature, but there were no blankets for sitting outside and it had been raining and the chairs were wet, surely someone could have dried them off before passengers boarded? We were on night cruise and we thought it lacked atmosphere, there was no live audio so overall it left us feeling like it was just an average experience and probably better options available.

Activity was okay. No hot drinks on board and only a few blankets, nowhere near enough to go round. Staff were friendly and attentive and seen lovely sights of Paris at night.

Smaller boat so there were not too many people (a plus for us). Boat ride was as described…no commentary but there was background music (which could be updated). It was pleasant ride from which to see the lit buildings at night.
