It was a fun way to see Miami. Great value for cost of ticket. The tour guide was entertaining. She spoke in English and Spanish.

They moved us to a different boat which was smaller and more crowded than expected. The guide was good and funny, but it’s clear they respond based on the tips given so tip them well if you want a better experience.

They should only load according to the capacity. They canceled a boat and loaded everyone together. Whole purpose of sail is to look outside and indulge. We didn't even get a spot to stand on top side forget about sitting. This is horrible and very irresponsible.

I went solo, and it was a great experience! The ride was smooth overall—there’s one section that’s a bit bumpy, but the announcer gives you a heads-up beforehand. Drinks are on the pricey side, so be ready to spend a little extra. The person on the mic was hilarious and really added to the fun vibe of the ride.

Nice guided tour. Flexible departure times, depending on availability. Very hard to see when rude people push through and stand in front of you to take photos.

Great experience! Tour was easy to find and the boarding process smooth, and it left on time. I was outside at the back of the ship and the speaker system was easily audible. Great homes were pointed out and interesting information given in clear English and Spanish. Definitely I can recommend this tour!

It was okay. Nice to see all the big houses and mansions but there is too many people on the boat and you almost always have someone in your picture. There was also water dripping from the roof onto everyone which was super annoying. Person on the mic was very knowledgeable however.
