Generally good service for day visitors to Nuremberg. Convenient and learned some new things. There were some places where the bus could have stopped but did not. The bus service stopped early and we were not informed in advance.

The recorded tour was interesting and valuable, and the driver was friendly. The hours of the tour, however, were confusing, and we ended up only doing a segment of it because the actual schedule (ending at 4pm) differed from the schedule when you purchase on line (ending at 7pm).

The bus was having some sort of mechanical issue and smelled very strongly of exhaust fumes. It was 20 minutes late picking us up at our stop and we got very cold.

Upon arrival for our 11am booked tour when the bus arrived there was none from operation to organize the que. It was chaos, those of us with reservations were not told to board first. Others were pushing to board who had not pre purchased tickets. During tour a window shattered and broke right in my face and lap. With little to no concern from driver about my well being. He continued to tell us we would switch buses, not true, another bus was meeting us not true. The entire tour was narrated but narration did not match what we were seeing. Once the window was broken we froze on the bus and the tour over all had left a bad taste in my mouth. The least that could have been done was a refund offered for my party. Will not recommend.
