Know before you book

  • Minimum age 5 years old. Must be accompanied by a driver 21 years of age with a valid driving licence to operate Raptor vehicle.
  • There are 6 seat belts per vehicle. Minimum of 2 people per vehicle. Max of 6 guests per vehicle
  • Guests may swap out drivers amongst during tour stops
  • Guests are NEVER mixed together; each party drives their own vehicle
  • Photo ID matching the name on the reservation will need to be shown.
  • Minimum party of 2 for booking this tour

What you can expect

Kualoa’s open-air Multi-passenger UTV Raptor vehicles are A great way to see the Kualoa Ranch Kaa'awa “Jurassic” Valley up close and personal! On this guided tour, each Raptor can hold between 2 to 6 people (depending on how many kids there are in your party). Your guide will lead you deep into scenic valleys and remote areas, often rambling through dirt roads, dusty trails and crossing seasonal streams. See the valleys where over 200 Hollywood Films and TV shows have been filmed over the past 75 years. Some of those blockbuster films include Jumanji, Kong Skull Island, Jurassic World, Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom, Jurassic Park, Windtalkers, Pearl Harbour, Godzilla, Tears of the Sun, and 50 First Dates.TV shows like Hawaii Five-O, Magnum P.I. and LOST have also used the amazing backdrops of Kualoa.

I thought it was going to be more entertaining, like driving a ATV through movie sets on the ranch, with lots of movie history and stories. Actually the guide said only 1% of Jurassic Park was filmed there. Very few props to see on the ATVs. It could have been so much more, but if you want to drive a ATV on a farm then you won’t be disappointed.

Everyone at the ranch is so friendly and helpful. The tour was great! The guides, Dani and Tita, shared great info and stories about the ranch and at each stopping point. Riding the UTVs was so much fun! What a great way to see the beautiful Kualoa land!
