Experience sushi making in a unique setting! Our 140-year-old building, Established rice merchant, is just a 3-minute walk from KASHIYA YOKOCHO. Step inside and be surrounded by the charm of old Japan, with beautiful staircase cabinets and impressive ceiling beams. Learn to make two classic sushi types: Nigiri Sushi: The traditional, hand-formed sushi. Maki Sushi (Roll Sushi): Popular rolled sushi with various fillings. Enjoy a hands-on, two-hour class. Learn about sushi history, make your sushi, and savour your creations. Meet us in front of the Starbucks Coffee next to the Toki no Kane bell tower in Kawagoe. The class is a 10-minute walk from there, near Sweets Alley. Our enthusiastic, English-speaking Japanese sushi master will provide a fun and engaging learning experience. Please request menu changes when booking. We can accommodate: Vegan, vegetarian Gluten-free Halal Allergies (excluding: Meat, Nuts, Fruits, Dairy) ※We cannot accommodate changes on the day of the class.
