What you can expect

*** Itinerary:

  • 9:30 or 14:00 our guide will pick you at your hotel in Hue centre then go to local market. Here you can take as many pictures as you like and we buy fresh ingredient for your cooking class
  • 10:30 or 15:00 We move to Cooking Class in local Family to learn how to cook Vietnamese food with our local chef. This class is hands on cooking so you will prepare and cook yourself with our chef’s direction and assistance
  • 12:30 or 17:00 you will have lunch or dinner with the food you cooked
  • 13:30 or 18:00 Cooking Class end and return hotel

-Green mango salad with shrimp
-Chicken with lemon grass and chilli
-Nem lui (bbq pork lemongrass)
-Hue peanut sauce

This menu can be changed a little bit due to ingredient availability
Vegan/Vegetarian in available upon request on on booking
