The city of Manaus got a lot of european influence in the hey-days of the rubber and because of that has remarkable buildings in the historic city centre. We are going to pass throw the first street and square of Manaus where you will be able to see the first townhall of the city, than we will have a inside visit in the historic market of Manaus and see the surrounds of the market near the beautiful Negro River.

After that we will have the opportunity to see and visit (depending of the weekday) the beautiful Rio Negro Palace, a neoclassic building built from a german rich man from that was the the biggest trader of the gold era of rubber. The last sight will be the gorgeous Opera House of Manaus (Teatro Amazonas). This amazing building was built in the middle of the jungle more than a hundred and twenty years ago and it was inspired in the beautiful operas of Paris and Milano.
