Meet your Guide at meeting point. Lama Dugh Trek (Also known as Lamadug Trek) is a popular full-day trek in Manali. The Trek starts from Dhungri about two km away from Manali and involves walking through thick Deodar forests with a moderate uphill climb. The climb offers an excellent glimpse of Manali, situated on the Left Bank of River Beas and the whole upper Kullu valley, which appears swathed within the different colours of the season. Packed myriad of birdlife early on in the season, the Lamadug trek is an ideal trek to introduce you to the undeniable allure of trekking. The trail winds through pine, oak, horse chestnut, maple, and cedar forests to come to picturesque glades. After spending quality time in the laps of nature, return back to the original meeting point.

- Arrive at the meeting point of Old Manali and meet with your guide. After a short introduction, get ready, to begin with, your day trek to Manali.
- Start your trek and climb through thick forests of pine and deodar to reach your destination.
- Enjoy the stunning views of the many steep mountains of the Himalayas that surround the valley like Indrasan, Deo Tibba and the peaks of the Bara Shigri glacier.
- Walk horizontally on the ridge to enter Lamadugh, and as you do, the place will open up to this vast lush green meadow dotted by just one hut and with a diversity of flowers.
- Spend some time here and have your packed lunch (own Expense), before climbing back down to reach Old Manali and bring the experience to an end.
