The trip was good fun and operated from a really comfortable large bus! They picked us up from the coach terminal and dropped us off in the university district near a lot of great restaurants and nightlife. Nana was very genuine and funny, being a great tour guide for the trip! I saw a few of the other guides and they were more rude and not nearly as lovely as she was. Oh and she said if we review to add that she’s very beautiful as a joke haha. It wasn’t the best time of the year to see all of the flowers and trees and if I knew in advance, I probably would have gone another time, but we still loved Nami island and the rail bikes and did some great product shopping at the gardens!

Disclaimer: our experience was altered due to time of year. This wasn’t quite a tour - more like free time to spend in each of the locations. The guide was great at keeping everyone punctual and moving (32 people in the tour) and trying to engage everyone. However, the actual day was very long (including someone being sick in the bus all the way back for 2h)…/and as all the locations are gardens - there were no leaves or foliage in March and a lot of construction going on. The rail bike was the biggest disappointment as it’s fully surrounded by wasteland. Nami Island was nice, and we should’ve done only that and had a shorter day.

The originally booking didn’t fall through so I was upgraded to go to Alpaca Ranch, lunch, Rail bike and Nami Island. Jesse was great in guiding us through the day. It was fun, not too packed, just enough time to go around places. I’m normally not a day tour type of person but I totally enjoyed it.
